At RABA SPICES, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering fresh and high-quality spices. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are not accepted once the package has been opened or used.
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received an incorrect item
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds

Once your request is approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting us immediately.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
